Before booking a checkpoint transfer
Meeting your taxi at a checkpoint
Arrange a transfer on the Hong Kong side of checkpoints such as Shenzhen Bay or the HZMB Hong Kong Port. Share the checkpoint name, estimated crossing time, meeting point and luggage needs. Check the checkpoint opening hours before travelling.
Waiting and journey coverage
Border crossing times can vary and waiting charges may apply after the driver arrives. Confirm the fare and waiting terms when booking. If you need the vehicle itself to cross the border, check the available vehicle and journey coverage with our team first.

Can I make a reservation for crossing the border late at night or in the early morning?
Yes. For late-night or early-morning time slots, we recommend booking at least 1 day in advance to coordinate driver assignment. As some checkpoints are not open 24 hours, please provide your preferred checkpoint and time when booking. We will verify the opening hours and remind you.
Can a cross-border taxi booking be cancelled at the last minute? Will a fee be charged?
Early cancellation: If cancelled before the driver departs, cancellation is free of charge. However, please notify us as early as possible. Last-minute cancellation: If the driver has already departed (heading to the checkpoint / pickup point) or has arrived at the destination and is waiting, a cancellation fee will be charged.
If I am delayed at immigration during a checkpoint pickup, will the driver leave?
Please inform us when booking and estimate your immigration clearance time as accurately as possible. Waiting after the driver's arrival will incur a waiting fee. If the waiting time significantly exceeds the estimated time, the driver has the right to cancel the trip.
